That stop-rule sat in front of the build on purpose. The risk the note named was time investment versus product development. Phase 0 validates the bet before you spend a week wiring rails. Premature automation spends the product week on a machine nobody has proven yet.

Pick two or three topics you actually care about, and write the posts yourself. Publish them.
