We operate at the intersection of technology, capital, and craft. We partner with a small number of principals each year to build systems, companies, and practices that reward patience.

Limited engagements

No more than seven active consulting mandates at any time. Each engagement begins with an introduction, never a form submission routed to a queue.

Owner-operator

Every engagement is led by a principal of the firm. We do not subcontract, and we do not scale by hiring in response to demand.

III.

Aligned capital

We invest alongside our clients where appropriate, and operate a small portfolio of our own ventures, so our counsel is backed by consequence, not just hours.

Discretion

Names, deliverables, and outcomes remain private unless a client elects otherwise. Our work speaks through referral.

Engagement

How we begin.

An engagement with Nemco starts as a conversation. The first sixty days are structured and unhurried. We commit to the work only after both parties are certain.

I · Introduction

A private conversation

Arranged by referral or direct inquiry. One principal, one call. No intake forms, no sequencing, no sales cycle.

II · Study

A narrow diagnostic

Two to four weeks spent inside your business. We read what exists, listen to your people, and identify where the firm's time is best spent.

III · Engagement

A written mandate

A single document defining scope, cadence, and standard. Either party may close the engagement at any natural break. We prefer clean endings.

IV · Continuity

A standing relationship

Most clients return. When they do, it is under a new mandate. We do not carry open-ended retainers without renewed terms.
